Any ideas how we could attract readers of the mag to the site without getting too heavy, commerical, browbeating and boring?

You could perhaps run a competition on here - just to win something small such as a signed photo or programme ( you could keep the prizes varied) - you could put a validation code in the fanzine for people to use when coming on to the website, then a random selection at the end to see who wins?
Did that make sense? could it work?
