The P***ed as a Fart Referee-Back problems my arse!!
A football referee has been suspended for allegedly being drunk while officiating a league game in Belarus.
Sergei Shmolik, 43, appeared so inebriated he could hardly walk and was led off the pitch by match officials.
He allegedly claimed, he had done something to his back (hic!)
