Appointed new joint Chairman along with Mike Garlick following Barry Kilby officially stepping down as Chairman on Friday 25th May 2012
Known as John B,Nelson-born Banaszkiewicz is the newest member of the board, having joined in November 2010, and is managing director of Freight Investor Services Ltd (FIS).
FIS is one of the leading brokerages of freight and commodity derivatives markets, with branches and trading associates in the United States, China, Japan and Singapore.
