A RACE NIGHT WITH A DIFFERENCE - LIVE.
FRIDAY MARCH 7TH 2008.JAMES HARGREAVES STAND.






Sponsorship Details:-

£500 packages.

Player Sponsorship:- 8 required:- (1 secured)

Have one of the "Legends" wear a BFC shirt with your own Company logo on the front. Once line up of Legends is confirmed, first signed up gets first choice.

Programme recognition.
Big screen recognition.
Two free tables for 10 people.
Legends shirt later framed.
Discount on Executive packages*.
Picture opportunity with Legend.

£250 packages.

Individual Race Sponsors:- 7 required. (1 secured)

Programme recognition.
Big screen recognition.
Free table for 10.
Signed shirt.

Auction Race Sponsor:-

Ideally we would like the Auction race sponsor to be the biggest, therefore we could look at £250+. (similar benefits as Race sponsors, with more exposure)

Other details:-

Tickets, Tables :-

Ideally sold in tables of 10.
Guaranteed own table.
These are to be sold as tables of 10 at a cost of £50 per table.
For £5 they will get pie and peas, the race night and a disco.
Put in two sponsored horses between the table and it is £9 each with a chance to win a top prize.


Jockey Sponsorship:-

Each jockey will have a 1 in 4 chance of winning as there will be a prize for the winner and runner-up.

The winner will receive a prize to the value of approx. £150 - £250
The runner-up will receive a prize to the value of ??

56 jockeys available at £20 each.

8 Auction race jockeys will be available on the night. (Auction race jockeys can be bought prior to the night for £50, first come basis)

Be personally involved on the night:-
For £20, have a go at "Run round the brush"
First 5 names received will be able to have a go at one of the funniest races.

Prizes

We will require major assistance on procuring prizes. Prizes and values are required as follows:-

Individual Race £150+
Auction Race £250 (at least)

Raffle prizes Anything will be accepted.

We are able to accommodate any Companies particular requirements on budget or exposure etc.

Tables are going very well. I will put one to side under the Site's name. It will guarantee a table, when hopefully they will be sold out through other sponsors. You still have a few weeks to confirm to what extent you want to get involved. ie If others come in to make up the race sponsorship.
