Stick it Up Pompey!

Steve Cotterill will be up against his old mate Harry Redknapp with Portsmouth visiting Turf Moor for the third round Carling Cup match. The game will be played sometime during w/c 24th September, most probably on Tuesday night (25th Sept)

Probably not the best draw we could have got in terms of a financial bonus and it will be interesting to see how many Pompey fans make the long trek up North from the Hampshire coast.

Nevertheless, it is still Premiership opposition and this is a very winnable game especially if we play like we did against Colchester yesterday It will be nice to be underdogs for a change.Thank gawd we avoided Morecambe!

Not agreat draw for us either. No doubt the Pompey fans living North of the Watford gap may turn up.

If Traore turns up with more of those Zidane antics you'll win. Otherwise you're just another filler until we meet the inevitable big four and get kicked out.
