Cherry-O Gaz?

Clarets midfielder Garreth O'Connor is back in Bournemouth at the moment having been invited to join the League One side for pre-season training by the Cherries gaffer,Kevin Bond.

It looks like however that this could be with the view to joining his former club on loan rather than a permanent deal.

The 29-year-old had a miserable 2006/7 season for the Clarets and failed to start a game. He made just nine appearances as a substitute.

His most famous moment in a Clarets shirt, will probably be that stonker of a goal he scored from a free kick two seasons back at Molyneux, made even sweeter by earning the Clarets three points at the jinxed Wolves ground and in front of the Sky cameras!

He is also a pretty impressive penalty taker although we didnt get too many of them last season!

Steve Cotterill announced that five players woud be leaving the club

Coyne is now a Tranmerre player.

Branch has recently signed for Accy down the road.

Sinclair we knew would be a Huddersfield player after his loan

Gaz is now fixed up it would seem

So that leaves, John McGreal! No rumours about him at all recently. The last one was that Ipswich might be interested in signing their former player but that just now seems to have been speculation or idle gossip.
