Branch line to Accrington!

Branchy, now 35 was released from Burnley at the end of last season and recently had his testimonial match. He had been linked to a move to Accrington, previously in the January 2007 window but it did not materialise. Maybe however, the wheels were set in motion during that period because its now been confirmed he is to be an Accrington player and has signed a one-year deal.

Branch will however face a quick return against his former team mates since the Clarets will be playing Accy this Saturday!

Graham Branch certainly divided loyalties amongst the Clarets fans, but he always gave 100% and more in a Claret & Blue shirt and we all wish him well down the road!
