Paul McVeigh Granted!

Paul McVeigh Granted!

Peter Grant, manager of Norwich City has been speaking to the Lancashire Telegraph about our new loan striker,Paul McVeigh.

'Paul has been terrific since I came here,' said Grant.

'The way he has approached the situation has been fantastic, he has been a 100 per cent terrific pro, but within the structure of how the team is at this moment in time, he's not been playing many games and I don't want to hold back his career.'

'As I say I feel it is important for him to get out and get some games under his belt with the end of the season coming rather quickly.'

The striker can play both upfront and on the wing and Clarets fans will be eager to see what he has to offer.

Norwich fans believe his contract wont be renewed in the Summer and Charlton are already reported to be interested in the striker.

Vital Charlton have an article on their site supporting this rumour.
