Race Night with a Difference

'Race Night with a Difference` is underway tonight( Friday 16th March) It will be held in the James Hargreaves Executive Suite.

Claret legends will be competing in eight separate challenges on the floodlit pitch at Turf Moor, and those attending can bet on the outcome.

The legends confirmed will be:

Big Vince Overson

Paul Weller

Andy Farrell

John Francis

Ian Britton

Phil Malley

The night includes a pie and peas supper and a disco afterwards.

Doors open at 7.00pm, the 'riders` are introduced at 7.30pm followed by the first 'race' at 8.00 pm.

Tickets are only £5, and all the proceeds are going to the Burnley Football Club Youth Development and Pendleside Hospice.

It looks as though this could be a really unique and enjoyable night, not to be missed.

The Club have asked Vital Burnley FC to help publicise the event for them and we hope all our readers and posters can attend and make this a night to remember.
