Gifton REALy for MURCIA!

Gifton Noel-Williams was left out of the squad against Derby County for Tuesday night's Championship clash and the rumours he would be off to Sunny Spain gathered pace accordingly

Steve Cotterill after the match said 'Gifton will be joining Real Murcia on Wednesday and he goes with our best wishes.

Real Murcia are in the Spanish Segunda Division league and Vital Burnley FC reported the rumour and possibility about this move earlier in the week

He went on to say 'He has been good for us of late, but he was coming towards the end of his contract and will hopefully be signing for them tomorrow on a 50,000 deal.'
