'Burnley's match against Stoke City has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
News of a re-arranged date will appear here as soon as this is confirmed.'
Oh well at least we have longer to recover from the Hangover now and give our players a well-earned rest.

Its the wrong type of Wind----"Unfortunately, the high winds that we experienced over the weekend and in particular on New Year's Eve prevented us from using the covers. They are not usable in those sort of extreme winds and so we were a little exposed to the elements.''
