Here are a few little updates on some news related to the Clarets that you may have missed.

Pair go out on loan

Goalkeeper Daniel Nizic and left-back Kyle Brownhill have joined Conference North side Workington on a month's loan deal. The pair will remain with the Cumbrian club until February 15 subject to the paperwork between the clubs going through. Both players could make their debuts at Gainsborough Trinity this Saturday.

Burnley Coach on the Move!

Simon Weatherstone has left his role as under 21 coach at Turf Moor to join Eddie Howe at Bournemouth.

Weatherstone moves to the south coast club as first-team coach after 13 months working with the development squad at Turf Moor.

Clarets academy manager Jason Blake will resume responsibility for the under 21 team.

Burnley X-Files-Iwelumo Leaves Scunthorpe

Former Clarets striker, Chris Iwelumo this week left Scunthorpe United by mutual consent. His contract was due to expire in the summer but the much-travelled forward has recahed agreement to end this earlier.
