Warnock Insists Ade Stays

Former Clarets striker Ade Akinbiyi is going nowhere, accoring to his manager Neil Warnock.

The Sheffield Utd boss insists the striker is part of his plans, despite his failure to hold down a regular starting berth at Brammall Lane.

Burnley, Derby and Crystal Palace have been linked with a loan move for the big striker, but Warnock firmly put the discussion to sleep when he said: 'We can put this to bed right now - Ade is going nowhere. He is just too important to the squad here, so no chance.

'No way. I shall not let him leave on loan, end of story.'

Seems like he wants to keep the man he paid £1.75 million for.

Poor Ade, thats all I can say! Wrestled from a club he loved, away from fans that adored him to become an also-ran amongst a squad full of strikers at Blades! Bet he goes in January Transfer window to a club that can afford him

I was a great fan of Ade . The latter was a dedicated player and scored some nice goals. He was settling beautifully but had to be sacrificed forthe sake of money to balance thebudget . If we could get ade evenon loan , our future would have been more brilliant .
