Gray Eyes 'Massive' Game

Clarets striker Andy Gray is gearing up for a top of the table clash as 3rd place Burnley take on 4th placed Southampton on Saturday, hailing the game as 'massive'.

The former Sunderland man fired the goal that sent the Clarets third against Stoke on Saturday, and is relishing the upcoming game against George Burley's Saints side.

Gray, speaking to the clubs site said: 'Southampton are a good side who have brought in some decent players.

'It's a massive game for us and a victory could see us move into the top two.'

He added: 'We are expecting a difficult game and I expect they (Southampton) will be there or thereabouts at the end of the season.'

Burnley will be looking to make it three straight wins, after a run of three consecutive defeats was ended with the comeback win over Barnsley, and the victory at Stoke last weekend.

Well he has that right! We really have a chance to assert our authority in this match and plough on! Burnley always seem to let you down in these situations, lets break the mould and make all those punters predicting we were relegation candidates pay homage!
