I will be going to this one wih CP! Strange place and the only one where I feel uncomfortable wearing colours not to mention speaking with a Lancashire accent on the train going in from London Bridge! Will be drinking near London Bridge too before game. Usual haunt is 'The Shipwright Arms' on Tooley Street

Thanks for getting tickets. I looked up trains last night, and it's routing me via Clapham and Peckham Rye. The good news is that route might get me back home before the last bus now the 10pm one's been axed in the austerity drive. Maybe I can go via W'loo and LBridge on the way up and catch you in the pub soon after 1? The early morning bus has been axed too so I can't get there any earlier. :-(

Think I have it sorted. Any idea how long it takes to get from the ground to S Bermondsey station? It's a new stadium for me. I'm hoping to catch the 1718.

Its only about 10 minutes from London Bridge to South Bermondsey. Suggest we aim for 2.09 train, give us plenty of time in pub. There is a 2.39 as well but that would be pushing it

Oh sorry, SB station walk to ground is about 5-10 minutes channeled for away fans! Bit of an eye opener to! It's like going into a concentration camp wih high protective fences and the home yobbos chucking stuff from below! Oh joy! lol

Sounds as though the 1718 is possible on the way home. My journey will get complicated and probably expensive if I end up on the 1748. But hey ho. I should be in the pre-pub by 1230. I quite like being at the ground in time to watch the warm-ups, so the 2.09 from LB to SB sounds good.
