Stewart Back at Alfreton!

You may have missed the news in all the transfer window furore on Friday but Jon Stewart, our third-string goalkeeper is back out on loan to the club he played for last season. Blue Square Premier Club, Alfreton have secured the keeper's services again with the loan period this time lasting at least until January. Stewart makes a return to the Impact Arena Stadium after helping the club climb away from the relegation zone last season and finish in a creditable 15th spot.

I am pleased he is going out on loan to get some games, but would have liked to have seen him play at a higher level
