Plymouth at Turf Moor in Capital One Cup 2nd Round

The Clarets have been rewarded with a home tie following their 3-1 victory over Port Vale at Vale Park on Tuesday night in the first round of the Capital One Cup. The second round draw was made today and Burnley will face another League 2 side with Plymouth Argyle the visitors to Turf Moor.

One player who could be excited about the prospect is Alex MacDonald. He was sent out of loan to Plymouth last season helping them avoid relegation. He could face the prospect of now playing against them although he was only an unused sub in the game at Vale Park in midweek.

As a SW resident I am hoping Plymouth survive and prosper, they are a lovely club with a nice ground. Do I want a replay at Plymouth? love to see the Clarets there but no, get the win first time you Clarets.
