Easy peasy journey for me this one, straight into London on train so definitely going to this one! Meeting up with CP & hopefully others. Good day out and chance to have the yummy pie&liquor again! Fearful of the result of course but what the heck

VB's recommended pub will be 'Duke of Edinburgh' near Upton Park Tube Station. Turn left out of the tube station and walk to the mini roundabout and it's on your right. Not a great selection of ales but convenient also for 'Duncans Pie n Mash' shop. Great place. Turn right out of the tube station and it's just opposite

I'll be there but will give the revolting Cockney pie and mash a body swerve. Hope to see some Vitalites in the ground.
