Come in Number 8-Carling Cup 3rd Round Draw

The third round draw for the Carling Cup will take place on Sky Sports Soccer Saturday at 12:15pm tomorrow (Saturday 26th August). Burnley will be in the hat after defeating Barnet 3-2 in the second round match at Turf Moor last Tuesday night, so watch out for ball number 8!

The Premier League big guns enter the competition now so the Clarets could be facing Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester City or Liverpool.

If a local derby is your preference then how about Blackburn or maybe Bolton with Chris Eagles playing against us and maybe even Robbie Blake? How about Preston if they can beat Charlton?

League 1 Rochdale of course are also still in the competition following their stunning 2-0 win over newly promoted,Premier League club QPR at Loftus Road last Tuesday night.

Hmm not sure who I want in this one would normally go for Blackburn, but the way we are playing........... I am also on lates that week, and unlikely to get time off, depending who we get I may have to look at a shift swap with someone so I better start being extra nice!!
