Clarets Supporters' Survey

Clarets Supporters' Survey

The club are giving all Clarets supporters the chance to get things off their chest by completing a survey. Here are the details of how to complete the survey online and have your say.

Burnley FC have created a comprehensive survey, which covers all aspects of Burnley Football Club. And as a new season draws near, the club want to know your opinions.

What's your main reason for buying a season ticket? Do you purchase food at Turf Moor? What do you think of goal music? It's all here for you to tell the club in the Clarets Supporters' Survey.

The survey will take just a couple of minutes to complete, but will help Burnley FC plan for the future.

And as a special thank you, the club will enter every person who completes the survey into a draw to win one of these following worthwhile prizes:

One of two FREE season tickets for the 2011/2012 season*

VIP matchday hospitality in the 1882 Lounge for four at a home match here at Turf Moor this season**

One of five FREE Clarets Player memberships for the 2011/2012 season

The winners of these prizes will be announced at the Sunderland friendly game on Saturday, 30th July, 2011

At the end of the survey there is also an open area to leave any positive or negative comments you may have about Burnley Football Club which were not included in the survey itself.

This is an online survey, however hand-out versions of this survey will be available from Monday 4th July from the Turf Moor Ticket Office. The survey is open now and will run until 5:00pm Friday 15th July.

Here is a link to the survey form:

Great idea by the club providing they take note as they say they will. So let's go for it! ;-) Any surveys with profanity or swear words will be excluded, their results will not be counted towards the final analysis,..oh hell!! lol

Have just completed the survey and managed to get a couple of mentions of Vital Burnley in too. Don't have any major gripes with the club....though I wish they could sort out a few more wins on the field.

Any surveys with profanity or swear words will be excluded, that counts me out of the survey liked to give the Club both barrels for the way they have handled the last two seasons.

Done mine and tried the subtle approach without any swear words written on the brick!! ;-)
02/07/2011 13:48:00
Yep done mine but still give them some stick without the swear words made me feel very happy now.
02/07/2011 14:09:00
I know how you feel mate!! ;-)

I have done mine. No major problems for me although I have put on that I disagree with the membership scheme they have introduced.

Thought it was just me Dale.

I asked for a profile of the players & club we are going to play next away from home. in the programme. I seldom get time to read the profile of the team we are playing prior to the game, but often read it on the Sunday if I can find my readers! Plus a few other asks!

I am one of those who subscribe to 'Claret&You' and the away proggies and get them sent to my home address. Biggest bugbear for me is that they arrive some days AFTER the game which seems to defeat the purpose, Had another whinge about that since they have just sent me a renewal letter!
