Just the Ticket-Leeds United

Burnley travel to Elland Road on Saturday 30th April to play Leeds United in a 12:45 pm early kick-off. It will be our last away game of the season!

The club have been provided with an initial allocation of 2800 tickets

Tickets will go on sale from Monday 4th April by postal application but only to supporters with 2600 loyalty points or more. Foundation members can order tickets by phoning the Lottery Office on 01282-700023

Prices are as follows

Adults: £30

60 years and over:£20

Under 16s: £16

There are also 5 wheelchair and carer tickets and 5 ambulant and carer tickets available priced at £20 with carer free.

If you want to find out how many loyalty poinst you have, you can do so by phoning the ticket office on 0871-221-1914 and selecting option 1. An alternative if you know your Claret Number would be to use the club's online facility via this link:

Damned loyalty points come into the equation again too! Will have to check if I have the 2600 by now. CP if I have do you want me to order two tickets for thee and me?

Understand the points allocation on this one - Always a high demand for last away day of season and with this being Leeds. . . Personally I think we could sell approaching double the allocation if it was available.

I can understand it in the sense of demand but there is a much fairer way of doing it and that is on a first-come-first served based via an online system. I am sorry but classing someone with 2000 loyalty points as a second class citizen compared to someone with 2600 is daft and plain wrong and I would say that if I had 2700 pr more!!

Loyalty on home support. Your season ticket attracts around 300 points I think, so a season ticket holder living a stones throw from the ground is more entitled to an away ticket even if he or she has never been to an away game all season? Its wrong but nobody really cares as I found out the last time I tried to shake this up.

First come first served isnt fair either though TMP. This could mean someone who hasnt been to a game for 5 years getting a ticket to a 'BIG' one over someone who has been to every game since XXX. Take your point their Vin - Any suggestion on how to change it?

I think Vin makes a great point but I don't think there is a way of allocating tickets that is fair to all. The loyalty points scheme is an idea but it is flawed as the club rarely add points on unless you remind them to do it when ordering tickets. I'm not going to this one so will duck out of the arguments !
