New Trialist Striker at Burnley

Bohemians Ireland U21 striker Paddy Madden is understood to have joined Burnley on trial.

The Irish club are in debt and are desperate to raise funds by selling their key players. It is thought the striker is worth 100,000.

Celtic had already made two offers to sign the striker but Madden failed to agree personal terms with the SPL side.

Good to see us looking at these younger players - just hope one of them comes through into the first team at some point!

We need to sort the midfield and defence out.........I am all for youngsters but I really want links to players who will get us up into the top two.
