'If It's Football, It's Vital'

We are on the Telly, Mum!-Scunthorpe United

Burnley's Championship game against Scunthorpe United on Saturday January 22 will now be shown live on Sky Sports.

The match, at Glanford Park, will now kick-off at 5:20pm to accommodate the wishes of Sky Sports.

I suspect I am not the only Clarets fan who would have preferred the original 3pm Kick-Off. These late kick-offs on a Saturday are very inconsiderate when you face a long journey back and want to still have something left of Saturday night to do things.

Had planned to do this one and have a few beers. However, with the game now being moved, and the trek from the train station when getting to Scunny - I will probably continue with the beers and just watch the game in Sheffield!

I would rather it have been another game, as this is our home game just 30 miles away from home me and young Grimsby are meeting up with the Braford Clarets for this one. all though i can understand fans watching on tv instead and savig their money for another away game.
