Vital Football over the last few months has been working hard getting all our sites 'facebooked' and 'twittered' !
The links can be found in the top left hand corner of each site by the front page logins, as well as our homepage link and rss feeds for each site.
We also have a top level facebook page for all things Vital Football which we'd love you to sign up for or 'like' ... or whatever you have to do with these new fangled things!
