Rumour Mill-Clarets Maynard Bid Rejected
Bristol City are reported to have rejected a £3.75 million bid by the Clarets for striker, Nicky Maynard according to the Mirror today.(No,not Nixon!!)
The Clarets would also appear to be in competition with a number of Premier League clubs to sign the 23 year old, including local rivals, Blackburn Rovers. He has also been linked with top flight London clubs, Fulham and West Ham.
