'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Vital Burnley is Club's Official 2010-11 Fanzine

Vital Burnley have pulled off a bit of a coup.

The club have designated Vital Burnley as the official nominated fanzine for the 2010-11 npower Championship season. In effect this means we can publish the Fixtures for the 2010-11 season for a nominal fee of just 1 subject to DataCo's approval.

Football DataCo Limited is a British company in the football industry that grants licences to third parties (such as newspapers and websites) allowing them to reproduce certain intellectual property (such as fixture lists and statistics) owned by the UK's four professional football leagues namely Premier League, Football League,Scottish Premier League and Scottish Football League.

Your editor in negotiations with the club managed to sort out a deal whereby fixtures would now be given to Clarets websites via a seasonal rota system as opposed to just one designated site and this season it will be our turn!

The 2010-11 Fixtures will be published this week on Thursday 17th June and you will for the first time see them in full on Vital Burnley.

Who do you want to play first? Leeds would be a good openner at home!! ;-)

Brilliant news, I remember last season we had to try and avoid putting any fixtures up anywhere, so good news indeed nice one :-)

Well done editor. Swansea or Cadiff away would do me, hardly any travelling!

I've always felt a sense of inevitability that it will be Scunthorpe.

Full marks to TMP - another sign that Vital Burnley is on the up. Norwich or Ipswich away for me please - whilst the weather is warm.
