We play Arsenal four days later at the Emirates but McDonald should be OK for that providing he aint injured on the Tuesday night

Well deserved for McDonald. Been impressive recently.

Its all good experience. I think McDonald is close to being a good player and hope that he is listening to the advice and coaching he is getting at International level as well as at Gawthorpe. Easton may yet prove to be a Burnley squad member next season when BL runs the knife over the squad in the summer.

Interesting comment that Heathfield - I have been a little disapointed with Big Kev recently. I think I have perhaps been expecting to much from someone who is still only 21.

Can anyone explain why big Kev does not play as well when McCann is on the pitch, it baffles me but even last season I was remarking on it. It makes no sense to me other than is it like Gerrard and Lampard but only in turf speak?
