The club have been given an initial allocation of 1,506 tickets for the FA Cup third round tie away to Milton Keynes Dons on Saturday, January 2, 2010 (3pm Kick-Off)

Clarets fans will be allocated the North East corner of stadium:mk

Depending on demand, further tickets could be provided

Ticket prices are as follows:

£18 for adults

£13 for senior citizens

£7 for under 15s)

FREE for under 7s with a paying adult

Tickets will be available to all season ticket holders, over the counter and via postal applications, from 9.15am on Friday, December 11.

Does anyone know why they arent on sale until after the Arsenal home game?

It would appear they have made a mistake and have corrected above. They now say:PLEASE NOTE: They are available to all season ticket holders, over the counter and via postal applications, from 9.15am on Friday, December 11, not Thursday 17th as previously advertised.
