A Saturday in Milton Keynes!

A Saturday in Milton Keynes!

The Clarets recently drew League 1 side, Milton Keynes Dons away in the third round of the FA Cup and it has now be confirmed we will play Paul Ince's side on Saturday 2nd January with a 3pm Kick-Off time.

This is the first time we will have played MK Dons unless you count their previous incarnation as Wimbledon FC so this will be a new ground for Clarets fans to visit.

Stadium:MK is their new stadium after moving there in 2007 from the National Hockey Stadium and it has a current capacity of 22,000. The stadium is based in Denbigh on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.

Away fans are situated in the North East corner of the stadium which holds around 3,000 fans.

I wonder if Paul Ince will still be there come January? Sadly to far for me but will be tuned into 2br for this one, it will be interesting to see what the line-up will be for this?

Just like VR - if a ticket is available I'll be at this one. A MK residing colleague reminded me that the nearest station to the ground is Bletchley.

I think we should all be OK for tickets ( anyone who wants one anyway) - I intend to go to the game from base camp at my parents in Leics!
