Further Change to Villa Fixture

Another fixture change has been made involving our away trip to Aston Villa at Villa Park in February.

It was recently announced that this match would now be televised live by Sky Sports and had been put back one day to Sunday 21st February.

However it has now been announced that the kick-off has been put back 30 minutes and will now start at 2pm.

This actually is probably slightly better news for travelling Clarets fans who will have more time to get to the ground and if they want can now enjoy a little more pre-match entertainment in a local hostelry!

Don't know why they couldn't have announced this at the time they decided to change to Sunday so Sky Sports could cover the match!

Another change to proceedings - not sure if it will make much difference either way though train travel on a Sunday is a lottery at the best of times. Perhaps this change is because West Midlands Police have a delayed Christmas party to attend ?

It has only been put back 30 mins for Burnley, Villa are still kicking off at 1.30...it's called 'home advantage' lol

So... Villa will go ahead early, but Burnley will get a late winner!
