Vital Burnley reported recently that a new book has been published by Clarets author, the Reverend David Wiseman. Clarets fans may know the life-long Clarets fan from his other books on Burnley FC which include 'Up the Clarets', 'Vintage Claret' and 'A Case of Vintage Claret'
His latest work is a book entitled 'The Burnley FC Miscellany'
Burnley Football Club come from the smallest town ever to win the League Division One, and the F.A. Cup. Some big city clubs at present in the Premier League have won neither! This book is one which is mainly off the record where you can read some of the queer, quaint and quirky things that have been part of the past 125 years in Clarets history...
