US Tour: Audio Broadcast of Portland Timbers Game.
The Clarets are now in Portland and preparing to face the Timbers in the second match of our US Tour after defeating VC Fusion 5-0 in the early hours of Wednesday morning (UK Time).
So to all those Clarets fans who have not been able to make the journey out to the West Coast, we have some useful information for you from the Timbers fans themselves.
Vital Burnley would first like to draw your attention to a website called Soccer City USA.com. They have a forum for Timbers fans and have a thread about our up and coming match against them later today.
Why dont you go and visit them and enter into the banter, some will hopefully be coming to our site too?

You will see a thread in their forum called Timbers v. Burnley FC on July 25th and late on in the thread (page 7) a reply to my question with some advice about the match from a poster called Ca Ap which reads:

Just a reminder that Oregon is also on the West Coast so again they will be eight hours behind the UK. The match kicks off at 7 pm local time which means for the UK you will need those matchsticks again! (3 am Sunday morning Kick Off UK Time)
