'If It's Football, It's Vital'

No News on Tudgay is Now News!

The media never cease to amaze me, according to the local Sheffield Star under a heading that says 'Tudgay saga set to 'reach conclusion' we in fact learn that:

'The ongoing saga regarding Marcus Tudgay's possible transfer to Burnley could reach a conclusion soon after the player's agent revealed that he expects 'news' soon.'

Wow now isn't that informative!? I almost feel guilty telling you about it on here, I am sure you have better things to do than read that staggering bit of news! (or is it non-news?)

Oh well maybe the fact that he played for the Owls and opened his account for the season yesterday with a 20-yard finish in their 2-0 friendly victory over Hartlepool United could excite you more?

Oi wake up, I am telling you some important none-news here!!

So then shall we speculate on what the agent has in mind? Could Tudgay have handed in a transfer request? Has Darryl Powell been pleading with the Owls Board not to be tits? Wow, the mind boggles!

Tell us what you think the news might be underneath the article and let's have a laugh! Beware though anything you offer might be treated as derisory!!

I think we'll secure Marcus's services for a fee in the region of 2 million. Sorr, Owls fans! ;)

If the transfer doesn't happen, will Tudgay have become the player most talked about by Clarets without actually being one? This century? In the modern era? Of all time? By the way, is it 'none-news', 'non-news' or 'no-news'? Does it matter? Does anything matter? I just can't keep going on like this. I need to lie down.

No nay never, no nay never no more. Shall we sign Marcus Tudgay?

Despite all the blathering and whinging by The Owls I think we will get Tudgay if we still want him, either now or in January.
