Worldwide Clarets Watching Wembley on TV

Wembley is a sell-out for Clarets fans but at least those without a ticket will be able to watch the match live on TV throughout the world.

The Coca-Cola Championship Play-Off Final between Burnley and Sheffield United on Spring Bank Holiday Monday, 25th May will be televised all over the world.

CSI Sports, the overseas television broadcasting partner of the Football League have confirmed that television companies in 124 countries have signed rights to allow live coverage of the game.

Clarets fans in the UK who have been unable to obtain one of the 36,000 tickets allocated to Burnley FC will at least be able to watch the game live on Sky Sports but a large number of Burnley supporters exiled overseas will also be able to see the match live.

The Football League on their website have confirmed the regions and countries that will be covered together with the broadcasters involved.

The Football League also confirm that as well as the match coverage, news coverage of the Coca-Cola Football League Play-Off Finals will be made available to 160 countries worldwide, reaching over one billion households.
