Burnley FC Announce Wembley Ticket Recall

Burnley FC Announce Wembley Ticket Recall

Burnley Football Club regrets to announce a recall of the following Wembley tickets.

These tickets, all situated in block 123, have already issued for the Play off final v Sheffield United and were sent to Burnley Football Club in error by Wembley Stadium.

The seats in question are situated in a segregated area and therefore fans will be unable to sit in this location.

Rows 38 - 44, seat number 1 - 13 (inclusive)

Rows 31 - 33, seat numbers 1 - 8 (inclusive)

Rows 34 - 37, seat numbers 1 - 9 (inclusive)

Burnley Football Club are now asking all supporters affected, in block 123, to return the seat tickets to be replaced by us with an equivalent seat in the next block (block 124).

Tickets for the new block are being sent to the club and fans affected have until close of business on Friday, should they wish to swap them in person.

Alternatively, they will be changed inside the stadium on the day, by designated stewards.

I have to say this whole ticket thing is turning into a complete shambles, this issue of course had nothing to do with the club but it doesn't give you much faith in the competence of Wembley Stadium. I ordered tickets from Ticket Zone in Block 123 as well, they better not be similarly affected

It is quite shambolic - The gound had been open for how long now? This is a basic error.

As Phil says this is not directly the fault of BFC but what poor customer service it is. I've recently been a victim of ID theft and that's bad enough but trying to get through to people on the phone and to get something done about it is a nightmare and is indicative of the poor level of assistance that is available should things ever go wrong. Hope all those with affected tickets are able to get this sorted and it doesn't mar, for them, what should be a great day out.

The whole ticket system is a farce most of the people that i've seen on forums that have tickets aren't even Burnley fans! Oh how it pees me off the fact that the real burnley fans can't get a ticket for the game. not to meation that families can't sit with each other.
