Clarets Get Rhys Williams On Loan-Says His Agent

Middlesbrough defender Rhys Williams looks to be joining Burnley on loan for three-months.

The Wales Under-21 international has just recently returned to training after a serious knee injury.

Williams, 20 would have been out of contract, at the end of the season but he has also signed a new contract with Middlesbrough.

'He has signed a three-year deal,' his agent Gary Williams told Sky Sports

'We have also finalised a loan deal with Burnley.' he continued

Good news indeed assuming this one is confirmed by the Club.

Well according to Wales online its a done deal,He is a highly promising centre-half Cardiff and Swansea were also after him looks like we have finally bagged someone as i said before as long as the deal has nothing to do with Eagles i will be happy.

FFS Offical Site now says, still in talks!!

Officially signed thank god! See Official site..wearing 21,could play tomorrow
turfmanphil
Blows his whistle!! Bangs his gong if we can just get another one in before Monday then the play-offs could be a realistic target well done to Mr Coyle and all involved.

This guy apparantly can play anywhere in back four and in holding midfield! Try predicting a side with this guy around! Sounds ideal though assuming he really has recovered from that horrible injury!!
turfmanphil
I think what with the injurys suspensions lately i think he will just replace whoever is out,I wonder where Coyle sees him at maybe at right back with Alexander playing the holding midfield role?

The options are endless, he could be at left back tomorrow if Kalvenes and Jordan dont make it!!
