Maybe Cardiff or Arsenal in FA Cup Fifth Round

The Clarets will face either Cardiff or Arsenal away in the Fifth Round of the FA Cup assuming they can beat West Brom at home in the 4th Round Replay.

The 4th Round replay has been provisionally set for the night of Tuesday 3rd Febraury but this date and other details will be confirmed by the club early next week

The 5th round matches will be played on Saturday 14th February

If we lose to the Baggies we will still have a game on the 14th.

Wolves were knocked out of the FA Cup yesterday losing 2-1 at home to Middlesbrough so our original fixture against the current League leaders at Turf Moor scheduled for that date would go ahead instead.

I hope it's Arsenal and an excuse for me to go to the Emirates for the first time!

You just know it will be arsenal

Let's hope so: a good pay day for th club, and a new ground for 99% of Burnley fans, plus a massive away following. Maybe even a TV game?! :-)

Fingers crossed we can get through against The Albion. If Arsenal prevail against Cardiff it will be a tough task to play them again as they'll certainly be looking to avenge their Carling Cup defeat but what a day out it could be. Come on you Clarets !
