Rumour Mill-Stoke for McCann?

Rumour Mill-Stoke for McCann?

Media sources suggest that Stoke City manager Tony Pulis is considering making a bid for Chris McCann in the January window.

It looks like Owen Coyle's resolve to keep the 21 year old midfielder at Turf Moor will be strongly tested with Stoke being the latest of a number of Premier League clubs apparantly in the frame for McCann including Newcastle United.

Hands off!!

Here we go again, just hope this aint a grim January. Key to these rumours if true could welll be whether Chris wants to move now rather than try and help get Burnley promoted to Premier League anyway.

Agree - Depends somewhat on his wishes. Does he want to stay and try and get us up? Does he want to go now? I cant imagine that his 'value' will dramatically change between now and the end of the season - and I cant imagine teams still wont be interested come the summer. Maybe if we try hard to keep him ( which i think we will) it might convince Chris that we are working hard to try and get to the prem ourselves.
