Local Derby on Sky Sports

The Clarets away game with local rivals, Preston on Saturday January 17 will now be screened live on Sky Sports with the kick-off brought forward to 12.45pm.

The game was already due to kick-off at 1pm on police advice but this will now commence 15 minutes earlier due to the television coverage.

That's more like it although I hope it doesnt take too much revenue away from the gate

With it being against PNE I would imagine there will be very little effect on the gate although we are away, so not much for us there. Swansea might be different. Most Swansea fans will not bother making the long trip now and many people will be skint from Xmas. Still it looks like the moaning Kilby did in the proggy worked :)
