I would like to ask him what he thinks of Clarets messageboards and whether they are a help or hindrance to the Club. If the latter, what would he say if we worked with the Club to provide a forum that meets the Clubs requirements? They used to have their Official Club Forum, why did they disband it?

Is the chief executive now away at the long term damage the surcharge has done to the club? Has the surcharge now been correctly placed on the scrap heap? Plus will the CE ever apologise to the number of fans this policy disrupted and still feel much resentment about?
