Coyle Denies Bruce Interest

Clarets gaffer, Owen Coyle has denied any interest in the Ipswich Town defender Alex Bruce.

Burnley and Leeds United were linked with Bruce in the Daily Mail this morning.

Coyle said: "I speak to Jim Magilton quite a lot and as much as I think the boy's a good player, it's not a name we've ever discussed.

"We're still looking to strengthen, there's no doubt about it.

"I've got a couple of things out there, and if one comes back, we'll move quickly on it.

Could be a hectic last couple of weeks before transfer window closes! We can still get loans in though after that for a bit ,if I recall
