Fed up with Premier League Fantasy Football games? Well you can now play Championship Fantasy Football with the Daily Telegraph in conjunction woth FourFourTwo and Vital Football.
It's free to join and you could win up to £3000
Championship Edition invites you, the manager, to pick a team of eleven players using an imaginary budget of £30 million.
The players you choose score points for you depending on their performances on the pitch in this season's Championship and FA Cup, starting on Saturday, 9 August, 2008.
Players score points for scoring goals, setting up goals (called assists) and, for goalkeepers and defenders, preventing goals. All players lose points for red and yellow cards and missing penalties.
The aim of the game is to score the highest number of points you can - the more points your team accumulates, the better your chances of winning one of the cash prizes.
You can buy and sell players throughout the season, testing your skill in the transfer market. At the end of the game, the manager with the highest number of points wins £3,000. Simple as that.
There is no better way to play this game than with a group of mates in a Super League.
We have now set up our own Super League in the Telegraph Fantasy Football 08/09 - Championship Edition so why not be part of it?
We have 14 teams in our Vital Burnley Super League already waiting for the season to begin on the 9th August. Let's have some more teams. There is also a messageboard facility to keep in touch and debate progress.
