Burnley X-Files:Laffs Rangers Injury

Burnley X-Files:Laffs Rangers Injury

Kyle Lafferty, no doubt keen to impress his new club, Rangers is sidelined already with a back injury.

The injury means he is expected to miss the first leg of the Champions League qualifier on 30 July.

Rangers gaffer, Walter Smith told the club website:

'The Lafferty injury is frustrating because, when you sign a new player, you want to bed him into the team quickly, but he is at least another week away.'

Oh dear, and I am sure many Clarets will sympathise with the lad! (NOT!!)

Back injury? I wonder if this is a recurrence of an old injury I remember him suffering a couple of seasons back?
