Rumour Mill-Lee Cook

Championship rivals Burnley and Wolves have now expressed an interest in Fulham's 25 year old midfielder, Lee Cook according to the Kilburn Times with Queens Park Rangers favourites to sign their former player.

Cook has not yet played in a competitive match for Fulham suffering from a knee injury. He signed from QPR for £2.5 million in July 2007, signing a four-year contract.

In January 2008 he joined Charlton on loan until the season end.

He started his career with non-league, Aylesbury United in 1999 before joining Watford that year after a trial. Cook spent five years at Watford including two loan spells ay York City and then QPR.The Hammersmith born,Cook elected to leave Watford at the end of his contract in July 2004 and joined the club he supported in his youth. QPR were evenuially ordered to pay Watford £125,000 following a tribunal.
