Burnley and Stockport's Dickinson?

He signed for County at the end of December, yet Championship clubs are already chasing him.

The News Of The World reports that County rivals Burnley and Stoke are chasing Dickinson.

'Burnley and Stoke are leading the pack of clubs that are hunting Stockport 6ft 4in goal ace Liam Dickinson.

Dickinson, 20, has notched five goals from just eight first-team appearances - five of which were from the substitue's bench.'

The Stockport Express last week reported that County were set to offer a contract to Dickinson.

At first view he appears to be a very promising player . Will Burnley which is reputed for dilly-dallying in the process to sign new players have the player in time? I hope that they succeed this time .

Dave, it would appear that this is only a rumour and we have the usual denials now from the club involved,Stockport. We need some good news though, the Club at the moment appears to have lost its way and appears to be selling our potential future [Ade/Youth] whilst the first team struggles and seems incapable of playing entertaining football

You are right . Selling our best players and the up-and- coming youth is a matter of great concern . On top of it no new players in the horizon makes life very difficult . Did we not let some good players leave the club at the end of the season ? It is difficult to assimilate what Mnagement will do next .
