Rumour Mill-Kaspars Gorkss

Rumour Mill-Kaspars Gorkss

According to various reports, Lancashire rivals Burnley and Preston will be fighting it out in the summer to sign Blackpool defender Kaspars Gorkss.

It is understood that the Latvia international has a £250,000 release clause in his contract at Bloomfield Road.

Gorkss joined Blackpool from Ventspils in January 2007.

The centre-back has even scored eight goals this season and is the Seasiders' joint top goalscorer which must say a lot for their attack!

I assume you mean B=Blackpool not B=Burnley in BFC? ;-) Blackpool will get used to losing key players in this league, gawd knows we have had to!

They seem to have taken a liking to him. But suppose he might want to play in a complete stadium.
