Traditional Accy Friendly Announced

The Clarets have announced they will again take the short journey to face neighbours Accrington Stanley in a pre-season friendly.

This has now become an annual tradition

Owen Coyle's men will play at the Fraser Eagle Stadium against League 2 Accrington Stanley on Saturday, July 26th, kick-off 3 p.m.

It was revealed last week that we would be playing another League 2 side,Bradford City away on Tuesday, July 29th, kick-off 7-45 p.m in another pre-season friendly.

Admission prices and full details for both games will be announced at a later date.

haha :P have to say Stanley have been the better side in the last two encounters. Unlucky not to win last time out to be fair

Well this traditional fixture is always a cobweb remover and usually an experiiment for the Clarets regarding tactics etc We are therefore never going to be at our best, but we normally have enough in our tank to beat League 2 opposition.
