Trust Beer Festival Clock Ticking

Yes, the clock is ticking as we approach the main Clarets Trust event of the year the annual Trust Beer Festival.

This popular event will this year return to the club and will be held in the 1882 Lounge on Harry Potts Way over two days on Friday 9th May and Saturday 10th May.

Full details of the event are provided on the Clarets Trust website in the section Trust 2008 Beer Festival which you can find in the menu on the left hand side of the front page of the Trust website.

The link below also takes you directly to the Beer festival section where you can find information about the venue, the beers on offer and the sponsors of the event which also includes Vital Burnley. Vital Burnley will have an half-page advertisement in the Beer Festival programme and we will also be sponsoring a barrel of beer so watch out for those

Beer Price Increase in Budget Affects Starting Pack Cost but Its Not All Bad News-15.4.08

The bad news is that we had to increase the cost of your starting pack from £7.50 to £8.50 but the good news is that you will now get £6 worth of tokens instead of £5.

Glasses to Contain Third of a Pint Mark-15.4.08

So you want to taste more beers without having to pay for a full pint and run the risk of you not liking the beers or falling over? No problem, your glass will now contain a third of a pint mark.

Burnley MP, Kitty Ussher to be present at Beer Festival along with Paul Fletcher-15.4.08

We have already announced that Paul Fletcher will officially open the event on Friday the 9th May and he no doubt will mingle amongst the crowd afterwards for a chat. We can now also announce that our local MP, Kitty Ussher, a Trust member and Beer Festival Sponsor will also be attending on the Friday to 'pull a pint' of her sponsored beer
